Firm co-founder Ronald L. Moersch has substantial experience and expertise in the fields of business law and commercial litigation, family law and estate planning. Ron has provided creative solutions for a variety of individuals and companies including startup, restructuring and business sale services, employment and contract litigation, marriage dissolution/divorce with family businesses and estate planning focused on growing, protecting and gifting assets through wills, trusts and other estate planning techniques.
Ron received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1980 and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar that same year. He is a graduate of Pomona College and holds an M.A. degree from the School of Theology in Claremont, California.
On a personal note, Ron is an avid gardener and frequent traveler to his home state of California. He is married to Alice Moersch, a teacher in St. Paul. Ron’s son, Tyler, is a chemistry professor at Pomona College, and his younger son, Brandon, is a lawyer with Best Buy company.
